About Me
I have been a practicing social worker for 15 years. My experience has covered a breadth of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma/grief, relationship issues, communication issues, mood disorders, intrapersonal connection, and emotion regulation. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I have dedicated my career to supporting individuals through their mental health journeys, specializing in work with adolescents, families, and adults. Over the years, I have gained particular interest and skill in working with medical and healthcare workers experiencing burnout, fatigue, and uncertainty, navigating balance around career, family, personal, and social goals and expectations.
I have a direct and honest, but compassionate approach when working with clients, which begins with curiosity, connection, and compassion to allow you space to feel comfortable to open up. My experience in this field has taught me that my relationship with you is the foundational element to a positive experience in this process.

My Philosophy
My therapeutic approach is centered on working with adolescents, adults, and families. Each stage of life presents its own unique set of challenges. As we navigate through life, we often encounter roadblocks that we haven't faced before, making it difficult to find ways to move forward. I invite you into a safe and supportive space to explore these barriers and help you uncover your own inner strength, confidence, clarity, and points of connection to move through them.
I take an active approach in therapy, encouraging you to develop new perspectives and behaviors that challenge old habits, foster healthier patterns, and deepen your understanding of yourself. As life progresses, we may discover that the strategies that once helped us cope no longer serve us as effectively. My goal is to help clients learn new ways to adapt and overcome these stuck points, particularly in a world that’s constantly changing and evolving.
Training and Experience
I completed my undergraduate degree at the New School University in New York City with a focus on psychology and went on to complete my master’s degree in Social Work at the University of Pennsylvania. My education provided me with a strong foundation in clinical theory and practice and provided me with the necessary tools to tackle complex issues that my clients face.
I have since acquired further specialized training in Internal Family Systems Theory (IFS) through the IFS Institute and am Level 1 trained.
In 2024 I trained with the California Institute for Integral Studies (CIIS) to receive my Psychedelic Assisted Therapy Certification (PATC). This intensive, nine-month program focused on evidence-based approaches for treating specific mental health conditions using psychedelics as an adjunct to traditional therapeutic methods. I have been focusing on utilizing Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) with clients, when appropriate since this time to help individuals break through stuck points in their lives.
In addition to these, I have also trained extensively in family therapy and Cognitive behavioral therapy throughout my career.
